SL with a Shimano E6000

Hi, according to your site, the SL works with the Shimano E6000
We have correctly installed it on a bullitt but it seems to live its own life.
If the bike is still, the light goes out after 15 seconds. If pedalling it
goes out somehow randomly. Is there a solution for this?
