Hallo. Mein SL AF wurde im Juni 2021 repariert (verkratzter Optikersatz). Heute morgen bin ich im Regen gefahren und sehr schnell ging die Beleuchtung aus. Beim Zerlegen ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Dichtung vom Lupine sav nicht richtig wieder zusammengebaut wurde. Meine Beleuchtung funktioniert nicht mehr. Ist eine Reparatur im Rahmen der Garantie möglich?

Hello. My SL AF was repaired in June 2021 (scratched optic replacement). This morning I went for a ride in the rain and very quickly the lighting went out. While dismantling I noticed that the seal was not reassembled correctly by the Lupine sav. My lighting is no longer working. Is it possible to repair it under warranty?

Bonjour. Ma SL AF a été réparé en juin 2021 (remplacement optique rayé). Ce matin je suis allé rouler sous la pluie et très rapidement l'éclairage s'est coupé. En démontant j'ai constaté que le joint d'étanchéité n'a pas été remonté correctement par le sav Lupine. Mon éclairage ne fonctionne plus. Est-il possible de le réparer sous garantie ?

Die Optik meiner SL AF verkratzt auch schnell…
Was kostet ein Einsenden und Ersetzten im Werk so?
Kann man das auch selber machen?

My problem was resolved by Lupine very quickly and under warranty. Thanks Wolf.
I had to change the optics this year before and it was done very quickly for around € 30. The Sav Lupine is irreproachable
