Melted plastic on car charger

I have a car charger for charger one where the spring has melted into the plastic inside the charger body. The fuse is also blown.

How do I get replacement, Is this a warranty issue?

My system is Edison 5 with charger one system.

I use the car charger a lot for 24 hour races so your quick support would be great.
