Bug SL af7

hello, I have a problem with my SL AF7: when I connect it to battery, sometimes it does not turn on but the "SL" indicator turns blue. sometimes it lights up like it's night when it's daytime. I think it needs to be repair. I have another question: I have a bikepacking bag under my handlebar extension. how can i fix the SF AF7 on the extensions? Thanks for your help.
