Betty Kondensation?

Hey Jungs, ich habe nicht in der Lage, um loszuwerden, die Betty Kondensation dauerhaft. Dies ist die 1850 lm (24W).
Ich habe Silikon zwischen dem Glas und der Kappe eingesetzt und haben auch Verwendung Klempner (Teflon) Klebeband um den Faden um sicherzustellen ist versiegelt aber nichts. Ich habe ließ sie verbrennen 1 Stunde auf hoher mehrmals und die Kondensation kommt zurück.
Die mittlere LED ist nicht Licht werfen, weil dieser und etwa 10% der anderen LED weil Feuchtigkeit beeinträchtigt, und ich bin zu verlieren Lichtleistung wie ich reiten.
Irgendwelche Lösungen? senden Sie es an Deutschland?

might be an hint:

nitrogen would be a way, but if customer will open the housing everything is lost. We have made the experience that the procedure with drying seems to be the key. It's not sufficient to let Betty burn and heat without top only for some minutes, it's ness. to heat it up for at least 20 min. let it cool down till the housing is handwarm, close the top and moisture is history, 20 min. is minimum, an hour is also fine. It needs time to heat the LED housings ( this is the home of hidden moisture ) . Don't be afraid of overheating, Betty always detect temperature and regulate power.

You don't need nitrogen. You just have to follow the procedure described in the previous post.
